1. Cooling-off period
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the bag, without giving a reason. The bag must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.
2. Personalised pieces
Bags ordered with a monogram are considered personalised and are exempt from the cooling-off period. We will let you know clearly at checkout if this applies to your order.
3. How to return
- Write to [email protected] within 14 days, stating your order number.
- We will send a pre-paid courier label.
- Pack the bag in its original cedar trunk and dust sleeve.
Once we receive and inspect the bag, we will refund the full amount, including outbound shipping, to your original payment method, within fourteen (14) days.
4. Faulty pieces
If your bag arrives damaged or develops a fault covered by our warranty, contact us immediately. We will repair or replace it at no cost.
5. Exchanges
Because each bag is made to order, we cannot offer direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order.
