1. About these terms
These conditions govern the purchase of goods from Rifino S.L., registered in Madrid, Spain. By placing an order on rifino.es you agree to be bound by them. If anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected] before placing your order.
2. The product
Rifino offers a single product, Modelo X, handmade to order. Each unit is unique. Variations in grain, colour and patina are characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather and are not defects.
2.1 Made-to-order
Production begins after payment is received. Lead time is approximately six weeks. Personalised pieces (with monogram) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of order, by card, Bizum, or cash on delivery (within Spain only).
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide at no additional cost, by tracked, insured courier. Title passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Warranty
Every Rifino bag carries a lifetime warranty against defects in stitching, edges and hardware, for as long as you own it. Patina and natural wear are not covered.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the bag. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for matters that cannot be excluded under Spanish consumer law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Madrid, Spain.
